Frequently Asked Questions
What if I forget to check in?
You'll receive reminder emails before your check-in is due. Plus, we give your trusted contacts 30 days to reach you before releasing anything.
What if I'm temporarily unavailable?
Your trusted contacts will be notified and can check on you. If it's temporary, they can wait. If not, your plan continues as set.
Can I change check-in frequency?
Yes! You can change it anytime from daily to weekly, monthly, or a custom number of days in your settings.
How do contacts verify identity?
Each contact gets a unique secure access code. They must enter this code to access secrets. All attempts are logged.
Can anyone see my secrets?
No. Secrets are encrypted on the owner's device before upload. We only store encrypted data. Only designated contacts can access them.
What if I want to delete everything?
You can delete individual secrets or your entire account at any time. Deletion is permanent and immediate from our database.
